Reception staff are unhelpful, Louise in particular is consistently rude and abrupt. Every time you telephone you are asked to be put on hold, they always tell you “we are short staffed today” or “we are a nurse down today”. As a patient wedon’t Need to hear excuses when we call.
I only go here because my long term GP moved here otherwise I wouldn’t bother.

I came in yesterday barefoot, scruffy and with a messy wound to my thumb. You guys were simply amazing. I was sent straight through to get sorted out and my treatment of myself and my wound was outstanding. Thank you. And yes ladies, that includes you two and your very professional needle in the rear moment. For which you still owe me two bribery snakes for me to "drop 'em"!!!
