Rude, plain and simple. I unfortunately go there to pick up parcels maybe 4 or 5 times a month and every time it's painful. I'm sorry for inconveniencing them to turn around and hand me a parcel. Why own a business if you give the impression you hate the job and despise customers.
The rudest person runs this post office. I will never go in there for anything other than parcel collection. They could not locate my package and got stroppy in front of me blaming the post man not filling out the card correctly. Wouldn't the most logical thing be to clarify someone's name when you can't locate the parcel. I go out of my way to otherread more
