Bella's Pole Studio classes are a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching & cardio all for a phenomenal full body workout. We build your strength gradually by incorporating strength & flexibility training into the floor work portion of our pole classes.
As pole dancing is not easy, pole spins & tricks must be taught gradually & safely. Our level 1-12 classes incorporate an important mix of strength & flexibility training, stretching, floor work & pole work, to build your strength & flexibility gradually, all with a sexy twist!
All classes are designed for women only (must be over 18) & are for all shapes, sizes & fitness levels. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! There are 8 week classes, mini term classes (4 weeks), casual drop-in classes, private training & free info sessions.
We have beginner, intermediate & advanced classes to help you grow from one level to the next.
We also cater for your private pole parties, hens nights, girl's nights out, birthday parties, team building & corporate events. Any party you can think of, we'll do our best to meet your needs.
