No Compassion. No Personal Service. I took my 2year old male cat to this vet and he refused to treat my cat who had been bitten by a paralysis tick. The Vet was aggressive and angry towards me (in the reception room) and just about threw the cat cage back at me with my cat in it. He was angry that I would even consider taking my cat to him as I had no money up front. I had been there before to get my Thomas (cat) desexed. Thomas was paralysed in all 4 legs and his eyes were glazed. I thought he was dying. I promised the Vet that I would have the cash in 2 days time and not to judge/label me as someone who would not pay. I am an aged pensioner and work casually, I would have received my pay in a few days and was willing to pay him the $224.00 he wanted for the anti-serum for Thomas. How could he not treat a cat that would obviously die without the anti-serum. There was no compassion and definitely no personal service, if he would have sat down quietlyread more
I love Phil Waugh and the rest of the staff here too. We've taken our dog here a few times & he always comes home 100% better. The staff are super knowledgeable & treat people's pets like the four legged, furry or feathered humans they are :) A *great* vet practice. Also if the staff are away, often they get locums in to take over, so there's never really any time when their not on call. Thanks guys & girls for keeping our doggie well and happy.
