My parents took my dog here for a cancers to be cut out. A few days later the wound was leaking a fair amount of blood and fluid. He also looked like he was about to die. He could not get up or move much. He stopped eating and drinking so we took him back to this vet on a Saturday as they are the ones who did the operation. The vet refused to come and check on his wound so the vet nurse took a photo of it and went and showed the vet. I am an aged pensioner and work casually, I would have received my pay in a few days and was willing to pay him the $224.00 he wanted for the anti-serum for Thomas. How could he not treat a cat that would obviously die without the anti-serum. There was no compassion and definitely no personal service, if he would have sat down quietly ...read more
