Beretta's Bike Studio

I always take my bike to Beretta's for any repairs or servicing. They are always quick, reliable and incredibly helpful! I recently had some issues with my Specialized Shiv and they were quick to get it sorted out with Specialized and get me back on my bike ASAP. If you are in Geelong look no further if you need a bike shop to help you out! Always nice, always friendly and always reliable.

Just bought a new MTB from Beretta's. Really impressed by the friendly and knowledgable staff. The staff's knowledge of the bikes was excellent and I felt the advice I received was spot on. They knew about the technology behind the different models of MTB and understood what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier with my new Specialized Epic, and will be back. Thanks Paul and staff.

Very poor communication and follow up, lazy service. Had a bike repaired at Baretta's, picked bike up and went for a ride only to discover crank was misaligned and stem bolts not tightened. Purchased a bike from the store and have made not less then ten phone calls to the store to follow up issues, am told managment is with a client and will call back, I have never had my call returned. In such a competitive environment I will definitely shop elsewhere. Very disappointed, because they sell great product.
