Should be called Worst Computer Services. No customer service, beyond unfriendly and had to chase them for almost a month after putting in my laptop. Initially I explained the issue and was told $125 for assessment not refundable off any work. There was no assessment, they never even opened the laptop. They insisted on me having to buy a power cord (so obviously don't have any universal cords) and then they would buy a battery, then see what happens. At no time did they open the laptop and actually look. So over $325 dollars later I pick it up (from the most unfriendly person in Toowoomba)only to get it home and didn't work. Funny how for $40 later another company picked up the problem within minutes. Not even worth a star. No customer service here. So ripped off.
