We ordered and paid for timber to be delivered on a Friday to be put up Saturday- Big River said no worries, it will be there. Called the day before to confirm and they said they only had 1/3 of our timber hence could only deliver that.
Not good enough! Especially when we have all workers booked in to help.....Would have been nice of them to call us to let us know they didn't have it - especially given we had already PAID for it (they had charged the credit card for the full amount!!).
Will never use them again or recommend them
