Absolutely useless, I ordered and paid for a log splitter that was listed as in stock on 9/1/21, after waiting over a week nothing had arrived so I contacted them to be told that they were sold out and would not have new stock arriving until 10/2/21, I thought fine I expect delays due to COVID, I rang back this morning 12/2/21 to get a delivery date( again no contact from bigger Boyz Toyz) and told it would be arriving on the 16th after talking to the lady on the phone I was put on hold while she checked at which point I was promptly cut off, I called back and spoke to another lady who said it would be there on the 21/2/21, needless to say I asked for a refund. At no time over this period did I receive any contact from them, this company seems a bit shonky and I would suggest to think more than twice before dealing with them, what makes it worse is that we are in the southern highlands not 2 hrs away

I've dealt with these blokes on a few occasions, every time has been great. Adam is great, knows his stuff and their gear gets the job done without fuss.

I bought a pizza oven through Bigger Boyz Toys. Was told I would have it within 2-3 days. It took 2 weeks to receive the oven and it was badly damaged. It then took another 2 weeks for them to organise to get it picked up. It's been nearly 6 weeks and I still haven't received my pizza oven. As compensation, they offered me a $75 refund. I thought it was a joke. They have blamed everyone else and have take no responsibility. Do not purchase anything through them unless you want to be stuffed around and brushed off. If you leave feedback on their website, they will only include it if it's positive. If not, they won't approve the feedback.
