I have been waiting for over 30 days for my broadband to be updated from Cable 1.0 to Cable 3.0. I have got no Internet access other than tethering my mobile to my computer. This is how it goes with Telstra. It's their way or the highway. You can't complain because they lock themselves away and hide behind robot voices. They are PATHETIC! I wonder if any of the other broadband providers could be this bad on their worst day. I am in Brisbane with cable access running past the door. I have been with Telstra for 40 yrs and have 12 separate services and this is what I get. They are beyond arrogant. The federal govt. should break them up into pieces instead of allowing this giant semi monopoly to run roughshod over everyone.
