I took my MTB for service to Bikeline and asked them to fix the problem with the chain that is strangely jumping and also attach the front brake wire. I informed that the cassette and chain are new so that the problem is probably somewhere else.
When I collected the bike was informed that they were not able to fix the bike and whoever installed chain/cassette has installed incorrect components. I explained that I have installed them myself and I used the same components bicycle had when new.
Later at home I noticed that broken freewheel is the reason for issues and they didnt even attach the wire I asked. Any professional bicycle mechanic would have noticed this just by changing another wheel to bicycle. So I paid $89 dollars for nothing.
