We purchased our blinds from Blind Concepts and the incompetence of management was utterly disgraceful, not to mention the arrogance one man. You don't come into a customers home with a product they didn't agree to, with faults and not take reaponsibilty or care to rectify. We had Blind Concepts clean our blinds and they were returned in tatters. No apology, took no responsibility, and cashed our cheque. We had to replace all blinds. Do not use this company!
I agree do not use this company. They take no responsibility for any of their mistakes. Mistakes you pay good money for! Unprofessional management!
