Disappointed to have purchased a voucher only to find out that there was only ONE single appointment available this month. Massive waste of my money. Despite trying to book an appointment immediately after purchasing the voucher, I wasn't able to get a refund. Very poor form.
What a comple waste of time
I don'r care about price to me it is more about the experience, this was the worst experience I have ever had and I have hadn't many many facials / 'massages.
I booked for an hour facial and for 30 minutes I was left on my own, 15 minutes twice. I was so bored just laying there while I could hear my therapist either watching utube or videos outside my room. I felt like walking out.
Just terrible terrible and unfortunately will never go back there.
If you want a brilliant facial, relaxing and enjoyable this isn't the place for you.
I recently booked a personalised pamper package and had a wonderful 3.5 hours of relaxation. The owner was calming and ensured that I was informed on each product and outcome, recommended changes to suit my skin and was very respectful throughout the entire process. I left feeling pampered and relaxed. I will be back.
They were rude over the phone when I called to make an appointment, the staff rushed my facial, it finished 10minutes early (they didn't really explain what they were putting on my face) and I wanted some advice on my skin but the management (I later found out it was the management who did was facial) didn't seem interested. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend.

Unfortunately time did not allow us to complete the service efficiantely or to answer all your questions regarding Dermalogica & your skin, we do however encourage all our client to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their first appointment as this would allow us time to complete the consultation card & carry out the treatment.
I take pride as a Dermalogica specialist in providing great service to all my clients to the best of my ability. I'm sorry you were not happy, I would like to welcome you back to the salon for a complimentry service, please don't hesitate to call the salon to discuss this further.

I bought a series of 3 Dermalogica Microzone facials through LivingSocial at Bloom Beauty and Wellbeing. All three times I had the lovely owner, who maintains a professional but still comfortable environment.
The facial was nice and relaxing, and definitely made a noticeable difference to my skin. She took her time, assessed my skin & explained anything I didn't understand. After it was finished she recommended some of the dermalogica products from the line but I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, and she told me which ones were more useful if I didn't want to buy them all.
After my 3 facials were done, she told me she didn't think more were currently necessary and to see how I felt in a few weeks, an honesty I appreciated.
She knows what she's doing and isn't just trying to upsell which is a massive plus when picking a beauty practitioner.
I definitely recommend her & her business.
