DONT DO IT!!!!! Regretfully took a chance on them even though I had seen some bad reviews. Ordered some flowers for mother’s day when I had received them I couldn’t believe it, they literally look like flowers you could pick up from the service station for $10!!! Not to mention they had already started to wilt and to top it off I chose to super size them and in no way shape or form were they super sized they were smaller than the average size you can pick up from woolies or coles. I ended up messaging them and after going back and forward they only offered to give me a credit note! Why on earth would I want to purchase anything off them again, I ended up having to purchase new flowers for mum elsewhere and chucked the ones from bloomex out. WARNING SAVE YOUR MONEY. Waste of $65
Never again would I use this company and warn all of you to choose another company when wanting flowers delivered to a loved one. The quality and condition of the flowers this company sends to loved ones is pathetic. I can buy better from the local service station. I had photos sent to me showing the condition and type of flowers that were recieved I was embarrassed to say the least after contacting Bloomex to complain I was told that what had been sent was acceptable, looked nothing like the bunch I had chosen from there website. I had been a longstanding customer of Bloomex but never again, I also sent flowers to a friend who had lost her mother and they were not delivered, I was contacted the following day telling me that they didn't deliver to the area it was a suburb of Newcastle. This company's products and service are a joke. I sugest you choose interflora or ring a local florist in the area you want your flowers sent to. Bloomex Australia should not be inbusiness.
My flowers were delivered 2 business days late. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the delayed delivery, I was given the run-around treatment when using the online chat. I was assured a manager will contact me the next day but all I got was an email to wait for a new batch of flowers to be dispatched. No new flowers were ever dispatched nor delivered.
Eventually the original order of flowers arrived two days after the original delivery date and they were in a poor state. The florist foam was completely dry, the flowers were drying up at the edges and I complained to Bloomex but I was emailed the next day with instructions to put the flowers in a vase of water soread more
Ordered 2 bunches for mothers day, arrived fine but the quality was atrocious. Wilted and full of bugs. Tried to call the "customer service" line and was told to leave a message which I did. Waited 4 days and still heard nothing. Called again, was answered by a sleepy sounding woman who did not give a hoot. Told me I should have sent an email with photos. Nothing she could do. Deal with it.
The service AND product was disgusting. Will NEVER order from here again and urge others to be informed what they are in for if they choose this joke of a company.
Ordered flowers for mother’s day-the super sized deluxe option what a joke!. There was nothing deluxe or super sized about any of it. Also I requested delivery for the Sunday morning as my mum was away on the Saturday. I got a phone call from a courier at 8.30 on the Saturday night saying no one was home and he had to leave then at the front door. He didn’t know the contact number for the business and I tried all different ways to contact the business premises -ended up on some chat ! I paid over $100 for a mother’s say surprise which was ruined and looked pathetic. Never again -from. Is on I’ll be using the smaller business’s with the personal touch that you get talking to the actual people or make and deliver the gifts with care
