Blooms On Bridge

I used Blooms on Bridge for years to send my mother flowers when I couldn't be physically present. In the last few months of her life, the flowers were a beautiful way for me to connect with her. The staff were thoughtful and kind, and always send me an email to let me know they had recieved my order and when it would be delivered. My mother adored their bouquets, the last one being just 10 days before she passed away. I could not recommend them more highly for that personal touch.

Purchased my wedding bouquet & 3 bridesmaids bouquets from here, they would not allow me to see my $350 wedding bouquets the night before my wedding, (I just wanted to make sure the arrangements were right, I did not want to change the flowers at the last minute or anything) the day of my wedding I went to pick them up and I wanted my bouquet to be more of a tear drop, they proceeded to get angry & rude like it was just to hard to do & inconvenient for them, I very confused & upset as these were my wedding flowers & the day of my wedding I was treated very Rudely by them, Another dear friend suffered the similar situation (by the same person) for her wedding a year earlier but I thought I'd give them a go as I had purchased flowers from them before. BUT NEVER AGAIN!!! I am so disgusted in there behaviour I regret ever going there I should have listened to my friend!

Just wouldn't buy flowers from anywhere else...they are simply beautiful and they alst for ages!!!!! Thank you for the lovely service as well

I called from Sydney on a Friday afternoon to arrange flowers in Benalla, country Victoria (same day). Staff were exceptionally friendly and the store has a great unique range, all available online. Flowers were delivered prior to the time I requested and receivor was delighted with the bouquet. Thanks again BonB
