Extraordinarily helpful staff, pharmacists who actually have time to spend with people to address their concerns, and always prepared to suggest alternatives which're either better or cheaper than the medications originally prescribed.
This is how chemists used to be, and this is the way they still should be - so why aren't more chemists like this?
The ladies are very helpful and Pharmacist knowledgeable, BUT, VERY expensive compared to other chemists both in Lithgow and especially when compared with say Penrith and Bathurst. Blood pressure usually $8.95 but at Blooms Lithgow $15.95! Cancer meds $18.95 usually but Blooms Lithgow $36.95!!! Love shopping local, Bikestop prices same as anywhere, Coles and Woolys same as anywhere, Fuel at Caltex always same as anywhere, Clubs comparable with anywhere, but Blooms seem around double on most prescriptions i USED to buy there......
