I had a men’s haircut here last week that was done by the owner. It was the worst haircut I’d ever received. He rushed through it and made mistakes (such as almost annihilating one sideburn and not touching the other), his manner was grumpy (although I think maybe that’s just how he is), but he was rushing so much that the whole haircut hurt. Every stroke with the electric razor was actually hit into my scalp. At the end he charged me $38 for a bad 10 minute haircut. Won’t be going back there, even in an emergency.

The staff were surly at best with lots of eye rolling. There is an apparent lack of professionalism and understanding of customer service. I heard the girls gossiping about a situation that had arisen and it made me feel very uncomfortable.
During this awful experience there appeared to be no manager.
In fact when I explain to the staff member that I was paying for this service or lack of service she seemed bemused.
Given that the shopping centre will commence shortyly with paid parking it might be in the best interest of the owner to actually train their staff in customer service. The staff need to understand that a business will not survive without customers.
I have will never step foot inside Boffa again. Nor recommend it.
I have been going to Boffas a few times now and the ladies here are exeptional and have always given me exactly what i asked for. I highly recomend this salon, Marie and Sam especially. My hair has improved in condition and I always get compliments. It's always so much fun when i get my hair done and the ladies are always bubbly.
