So I went today to get a piercing and the receptionist treat me like sh*. The had a sign for all piercings 50 and she told me that was 60 so when I asked she said there was an after care 10 kit. I said I had one for a piercing I did there a month ago and she said 'bacteria is already growing in the spray so you need another one". Then take of my debit card and she with a sarcastic smile tell me you need cash so walk 50 metres that way and come back. Zero customer service. The attitude was sarcastic and diminishing. Worst part, the owner was siting next to her.. ATO warning as clearly they are hiding revenue with cash sales, plus no receipt or invoice, o if sth happens really doubt you get any responsibility from them. I went for my first tatoo at 29 and felt so confortable being a newby and back for a piercing 4 weeks ago, and was hoping ofr another tatoo and more piercing but so no coming back to be treated like that!
I went in on a Friday morning and was greeted by a friendly and accommodating owner in JT. Both Ben and John were super helpful and offered me some good advice which I took onboard and an hour later I left as a satisfied customer with a tatt I'm really happy with. I'll be going back to Bondi ink for my next tatt for sure.
Some staff working there seen their work a child could do better shocking tattoos if that's what you can call them,don't know how they can hire people that can't tattoo,stay away
Agree I have murk on my body instead of mark, when I asked to get it fixed they wanted to charge me, Shocking customer service .
