The management created a good impression over the phone, but unfortunately did not deliver. After many complaints about their staff being unreliable and uncontactable, there were no improvements or changes made. After several months of hoping changes would be made, we dismissed Books Onsite. The new bookkeepers could not believe the mistakes that had been made and it cost us a lot of time and money to get things right again. Be warned.
Unreliable. We thought we had made a good choice, as this company had competitive rates and the bookkeeper we were sent seemed nice enough. However, this company ended up costing us a lot of money, by having to engage another firm to clear up the mess their book keeper left. Staff were unreliable, unprofessional, unfocussed and hard to contact. Management appears reasonable and is pleasant, however, they do not manage their staff adequately. Save yourself the hassle - search elsewhere!
