I have purchased 4 cars from Booths mitsubishis and Hyuandai ovet the past 7 years. I have always done all services from these guys as they stated when you buy new, if you do all services here we give you extended warranty and we look after you as you are what we called Loyal.
well my car was out of 3 year warranty by less than 6 months and I had to pay in two services more than 5K as radiator went, some oil leaks etc. So much for helping loyalread more
As John has explained to you, and shown you the invoice, we were charged $1270 by Monster for the job. As your manufacturer warranty has expired, and as a goodwill gesture for your loyalty, we agreed to contribute $1000 to the cost.
The unit is priced on the Monster website for a standard installation. Your installation was not standard, as it required a bluetooth microphone and steering wheel controls.
Obviously, a discount price doesn't include the extra features that your system required, so the advertised price is not what you would pay with those extra features.

The guys and girls at Booths looked after me realy well in the showroom, and then backed it up in Service. I could not fault anything they did for me!

I just picked up a rental car, whilst my was in service, absolutely the worst experience I wasn't told it was tritonic therefore driving in this mode until I frantically called the service department and they told me to move to the other side of the D !Why not tell me when I picked it up, the person was more concerned about me bring it back with a Full tank when I picked it up it was less the FULL in the first place.
Would NOT recommend Booths to anyone.

No I didn't know because I have 1 D in my car as a lady driver its not one of my priorities to be informed of all the features of cars, I cook and clean and know more about the housework duties different lifestyle than a know it all car fanatic , I don't care that you think everyone should know, your service is bad. Also you check the lease car for scratches before I took it out but I didn't get the same done to my car in fact what kind of test drive did you do less petrol now so really you should have filled my car as YOU found it just like I had to do with the rental car. And how about this scratch I have noticed now, after the service. Yeah its different for you isnt it, this was the worst experience I called the Sales rep and advised how much I regret buying from Booths Motor group in gosford now that I have to deal with the service department to maintain the warranty. Oh I can't wait to we next meet how enjoyable will it be I wonder
My wife & I purchased an i30 from Sydney as the Booths sales was very pushy. When it came time for the first service rather than go to Syndey where the service is breath taking but a little far to go we thought Booths would be a good choice. I was told to have the car at the service center at 8am and it will be ready by 2pm or lunch time. This is only check over as the car has only 1200km and I will get a sms when the car is ready. By 3pm we drop by (as i have not had an sms)to see if the car is ready. I'm told the car was ready so I ask does it normally take 7hrs to do a check over? In reply "this is what's been done I'll get your car". I ask for theread more

I'm sorry that there was confusion about the booking in/starting time.
We try to make it clear on initial contact, but sometimes it gets lost with all the other information we need to get across.
Our standard practice is to inform by SMS that the work is completed, but we obviously slipped up.
We are happy to welcome you back if you find the travel time to another dealer inconvenient.
After 7-8 Hyundai's the I 45 has to be the best. Serviced from day one at North Gosford in the car" Hospital" every time I go in for a service I'm spoken too with respect, if their not too busy, either Kevin, David Paul Pat comes and says hello a quick chat, but Booths have always been like that too me, part of a true local family. So if things are going the way you want them talk to the boys, they ll fix it.
