Really poor service, allows patients with or without appointments to skip the queue, lost my wife's medical results and mucked up her name and lost her record meaning time wasted creating another record and then calling to find out what her results were as they lost it. Waiting times up to 2 hours with or without appointments, had to wait another 2 hours as they lost my wife's details and allowed others to skip the queue. If i could give 0 stars for rating i would.
EXTREMELY poor reception service. I have booked appointments with this clinic countless times and practically 95% of the time I have waited for rediculous amounts of time that can go up to 2+ hours to see my doctor and on rare occassion if lucky, roughly 30-40 minutes. What is the point of booking in an appointment if it means you wont be seen at that time? Also, a number of times I have witnessed other patients come in without appointments and be seen by a doctor almost instantly after dealing with reception. This is extremely frustrating when you have already been patiently waiting for 30+ mins. The receptionist staff blame the doctors for this delay and the doctors in turn put the blame back on reception. This is really unprofessional and needs a new system in place when it comes to making appointments. It's very embarassing to see how poorly this clinic is managed. I do NOT recommend this clinic to anyone.
Very poor service and receptionist. Doctors are generally ok but often wait for ages to be seen. The longest I waited for 2 hours 5mins and the fastest was 40mins. I reckon due to those unprofessional receptionists, they are not triaging with appointments. People can go in before you even they have a later appt and seeing the same DR. The receptionists don't care the patients and how long you've been waited for. They better to be redundant in order to become a better quality clinic.
Being a medical practitioner myself - Word escape me at this moment!! Much to my shock and horror the waiting room was packed to the rafters- having made the appointment earlier on in the morning the incompetent receptionist should have told me that they were cramming patients in - how easy it us to swipe the Medicate Card. The receptionists who is too lazy to get up off her chair to help people was very annoying to watch. The double if not triple bookings per time slot with more than 30+ people in the waiting room . This clinic needs a consultant to come in and reinvent it - fire its current non Approachable staff and certainly speak to APHRA and the Accreditation board as the doctors here are frazzled and unable to comprehend English and the format of seeing people according to their scheduled times. After waiting for 1 hour I spent under a minute with the doctor- where she was kind enough to point out where I needed to sign so she can get herread more
