Unfortunately we didn't have the same experience. I've dropped off my machine on many occasions with a minimum cost of $250 for labour and the last two times they replaced my group head handle with a totally different one when there was nothing wrong with it. The second time they lost 3 parts off the machine and didn't even know they had done it. It was only because I had takenphotos before I dropped it off. Then when I got it home it now splurge coffee all over my walls regardless of type of grind I use. Another $300 later I could have bought a new machine.
These guys have cornered the Sydney market because theyre is not many other options.
Fantastic. What more can I say. The guys at Bravo know their coffee machines. We had a warranty issue with our espresso machine after purchase and rang Bravo hopeful they could help us out sometime in the next week. The response was so much quicker than that! On no notice, the guys said to bring the machine in and within 2 hours it was fixed and good as new.
Nomad's Thoughts: Just like you want the best mechanic to service your car you want Bravo to service your coffee machine. No ifs, no buts, just do it!
Great service. Very clear communication about what needed to be done and no waffling with the quote. My machine needed a complete rebuild and the guys did a great job - it seemed a job of that scale was a labour of love for them. They convey enthusiasm for what they do, as evidenced by Adam spending fifteen minutes with me when I picked up the machine to talk me through the process of getting the best possible espresso shot from it. Highly recommend. (Machine is a Gaggia Classic)
