Very poor costumer service, we were not told what paperwork we needed until we got there to get the road worthy done. You should not assume we knew what papers we needed. Very poor customer service and rude. Will not be returning here again.

We left our three 4WDs at Paul's Service Centre in July 2014 for servicing and repairs after a 5 week trip in The Kimberley, and then again in August after several trips In the NT. All the service & repair work done was excellent and reasonably priced. We left a list of repairs each time, and each request was carried out to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely return when we are next in the NT. We found Paul and his mechanics to be honest, trustworthy and very thorough.

Took my 08 Camry in for a minor service at about 60000kms plus a wheel alignment.They are all very friendly; they explained what and why was done which was appreciated. However the final cost was 400 bucks which seems excessive when no additional work was required. They also wrote next service in 5000kms when it should be in 15000kms.

Just had my Troopy's 190,000km service at Paul's. They and other mechanics were very nice and pleasant to talk to. However I wasn't totally satisfied with the work done.



Although they stamped the service book to say it'd been done, they didn't bother to look in the book to see what needed to be done at that time. My fuel ...read more

My family and I have been taking our cars to Paul's Service Centre for a good 7-8 years and Paul and his staff remain as dedicated, professional and "in touch" with their customers as ever.
