Bright Eyes Hairdressing & Day Spa

Firstly, I don't enjoy giving such negative reviews however its only fair to let people know of my experience at this salon and it was not good! I expected a "day spa" atmosphere but I walked in to a cluttered shop with harsh fluorescent lighting. So why it is named "day spa" is frankly ridiculous. The staff I encounted at the desk were friendly but extremely sloppy in their dress and apperance. I pre booked a spray tan so at that stage I was apprehensive. The staff who did my tan was barely friendly and had a "I don't want to be here" attitude. As for the tan? Completely horrible! I've been getting spray tans for years so I know what a great tanning application is. I was not pre moisterised on my dry skin areas ( palms of hands, elbows, knees, toes and heels ) so my palms and toes were heaverly covered in tanning product. It was so blotchy that I looked like I had sun damage pigmentation all over my body and my face. Such a waste of $40 and time.
