It is my first time I have received a bad service in Toyota and my first time of review in Google.
Handshaked the deal for Hilux 2018 for 2.9% finance, paid deposit $2K, next day they advised me that this rate is not applicable for the 2018 model...
it is ok - no drama, gone to another dealership and purchased my Hilux anyway.
BUT the most disappointing is to chase my deposit to be paid back. They promised to pay me for 3 weeks and as result, I am still chasing my money. Yesterday they stopped to take my calls, forced to submit a complaint to Toyota Corp.
I will never service my car here again. They put a massive dent in my car door and when I questioned it with them they told me that it will cost $150 per hour to have CCTV reviewed. Which I needed to pay for upfront l. I then asked if the whole area is covered and they said it wasn’t and only if they see it happening on the video they would accept that they did it. My car was in excellent condition with low Kim’s and now I have a noticeable dent in the car. Avoid at all costs if you want your car returned in the same condition you dropped if off!!!!! Also
They returned my car with flat tyres directly after service. NEVER AGAIN!!
Contacted Brighton Toyota via email and then rang due to no reply. Deepak in used cars answered and was extremely helpful with my queries. Deepak followed up over the coming weeks regularly finding out my intentions and advising me to come in as they have many vehicles I wanted for sale this was not easy as I live rural. I eventually was able to drop in and he was able to see me the following day after checking out the vehicles I wanted as he was already busy with customers. The following day I brought the vehicle I was after and he bent over backwards to get the vehicle ready for me to take home the following day which was achieved by 11am. My experience with this dealership has been nothing but excellent and would recommend them to anyone.
