Worst Retail service I think I have experienced in a long time. Wanted to purchased a Trainer Kite for my sons Birthday so sent an enquiry from their website. When I hadn't heard from them but kept getting reminders to complete my purchase, I emailed to ask if my 'order' could be cancelled due to lack of response. To that I got a one line response. 'Didn't get anything from you.' Which was responded too with 'I did it via your website'. Response: 'Got Nothing'. Nothing more nothing else, didn't ask me what my enquiry was about or what I needed assistance with. If this is how you respond to customers who wish to buy a product I would hate to see how you treat time wasters.
Hi Erika, I can only guess you have decided to take you technical frustrations out on us. We received NO enquirey from you, so we have no idea what you are talking about sorry. I really can't see how your innability to complete an online form is our fault.
If you submitted an order on our page it will automatically send you periodic Paypal reminders if the payment isn't made.
Our phone number is listed, so at any stage you could have just called us.
I am not blaming my Technical issues on you, I in fact pointed out your Technical issues with your website and you never ONCE asked what my enquiry was about, you just gave me the response, Got Nothing. From YOUR response you clearly didnt value my Business.
I'm not taking my frustrations out on technical issues I never had any technical issues. Thank you for pointing out that I could have called might I point out that if you had of responded to my enquiry you would have known that I cannot call during your office hours as I am at work so email is the best option. I stand by my review, as I work in a Customer Service role, most businesses after being pointed out that their enquiry was not responded too would have asked what my enquiry was and how they would be able to help. Something which was never done which made me come to the assumption that my business was not wanted.

Briskites has supplied all of my kite, kite buggy and SUP equipment since they first began. Jason and his staff are active in the industry and have never sold me anything that they have not tested and approved.
Honest opinions, heaps of advice, all for the asking. I have been in the shop in the morning and out flying in the afternoon. Always seems to be a test ride available if you need it. After sales you get advice, coaching and all important encouragement. Makes a huge difference.
My latest buy, a Naish One SUP board and associated gear was, exciting, painless, and naturally came with the best advice and a standing offer of tuition as always.
Can't go past them.
