Bubs N Grubs

Do not order online from these grubs! They allow purchases for things that they cannot get even if you order very early. (Months in advance). And then when you ask for a refund because your baby is coming before the item they try to keep your money.

Their online help is awful, abusive and threatens legal action towards anyone that does not take down poor reviews before 5pm.
I don't want other parents to go through what we did.
Do not order from them, trust me.

I purchased almost everything from these guys a few months ago. My work collegue also did the same. We had a fantastic experience with them (including my collegue).

We got a package deal which saves us a lot of money that other stores would not match.

They are what you would expect from a family business - lots of advice and time spent with me by all the girls.

Phone calls afterwards with updates and checking in to see that we were happy.

I have since purchased online and again, lots of communication and fast delivery.

I haven't been able to fault them yet and I recommend them!

I have been here several times over several years.

I have also purchased online for my grandchildren.

Eeach time, the service and the advice from them has been very good.

All of my family shop here and we all keep going back.

You can tell that they are a family business by the way that they get to know their customers personally.

We love their products and they know their products well.

I highly recommend them and thank all of their people who work there for being so good to us!

Do not purchase online from this company! I ordered 3 love to dream swaddles. One was the incorrect type, I sent it back within days of receiving. 3ish weeks passed and I heard nothing from them. Auspost had sent me emails when the item was delivered back to bubs n grubs. I had to contact them and they said they hadn't heard anything about receiving it back. I heard nothing from them for days. Then I asked for the item to be sent asap or for a refund. they never wrote back but have sent a refund.

If you leave a 1 star rating they will bully you and say that you are lying etc. They will then threaten to get their "solicitor" involved if you don't remove or change review.

Clearly you need to learn how to run a business, you have so many bad reviews, not that many of us could be lying!! This company is an absolute joke! They do not deserve your money!

Buyer beware, they do not cover transit damage on high ticket items, are very unhelpful and have terrible customer service
