Do not purchase online from this company! I ordered 3 love to dream swaddles. One was the incorrect type, I sent it back within days of receiving. 3ish weeks passed and I heard nothing from them. Auspost had sent me emails when the item was delivered back to bubs n grubs. I had to contact them and they said they hadn't heard anything about receiving it back. I heard nothing from them for days. Then I asked for the item to be sent asap or for a refund. they never wrote back but have sent a refund.

If you leave a 1 star rating they will bully you and say that you are lying etc. They will then threaten to get their "solicitor" involved if you don't remove or change review.
Clearly you need to learn how to run a business, you have so many bad reviews, not that many of us could be lying!! This company is an absolute joke! They do not deserve your money!
Yes I agree, they send threatening emails and are a absolute disgrace, how they are still in business is just beyond me
Terrible, terrible service! I placed and paid for a $310 product online only to be told that the product was not available as it was “discontinued”. I was promised a refund and have still not received it 10 days on. I have emailed several times just to be told they will “follow it up” but have not heard back. Disappointed they take money for such expensive items that are not even available and then still no refund after such a long period of time. I found the exact same product cheaper on another site and it was shipped and delivered in 2 days. Do not recommend this company at all!! Shop around and you will find better prices and better service.
In the end, it took almost a month, several emails from me (most were not responded to) and a paypal dispute to eventually get a refund.
APPALLING customer and after sales service
I recently purchased a product as a gift from this store for my sister. The product was difficult to assemble, initially didn't appear the same as the box and wouldn't start.
My sister phoned the store and was told abruptly and rudely that all faults are to be logged online as per their website and someone would get back toread more
Appalling. Sold a product that was faulty (they deny this) and refused to refund; kept trying to palm me off to the manufacture (which contravenes consumer law). Eventually Fair Trading was involved and ruled in my favour but they IGNORED them. Fortunately, I bought through PayPal and finally received the refund I was entitled to though them, against Bubs N Grubs’ will. The communication all the while was aggressive, unprofessional and at times threatening. Like everyone else on here and on Product Review has stated: AVOID.
