I tried to use this place for a friend in need who had a relationship break down . My friend only hadn cash and no credit card and because of this they would not rent to her a small truck to move with. Thus we had to hire a trailer and move what we could this way hence she could not fit all of her belongings onto the trailer and lost over half of her furniture. I think company should think of the people who dont deal in credit cards and have a little faith, its not as if they cant report it stolen if they run off with there property, but really who would be stupid enough to do that.
Melissa, your comment isn't fair. Its the insurance companies that dictate that rental companies should ask for a credit card from their customers. With good reason. People that have credit cards have to prove to the bank that they are of good financial standing and are not bankrupt etc and can afford at least the excess if they smash the car. As you did not use the company, you cannot reveiw its service. Perhaps you should remove your comments
