Buff Body Bootcamp is based in McGraths Hill and the group training sessions are designed to help you get fit, lose weight and feel amazing.
Each session is totally different from the last and incorporates resistance training, cardio training, core strengthening, plyometrics, high intensity intervals, boxing sessions, speed and agility drills with some balance and co-ordination exercises thrown in. So basically you will be running, jumping, huffing and puffing.
We play team games, have individual challenges, have fun and we sweat.
Sessions run for 1 hour including a comprehensive warm up and stretch.
I offer a one week free trial so why not come along, give it a go and take your fitness to the next level.
We also have a fully fenced kids area so kids are always welcome to join you.

I was not motivated to go to the gym anymore, same thing over and over again.. so i decided to give Buff Body Bootcamp a go and WOW!! i have not regretted it one bit.. and I am so motivated to go.. Each and ever session has been differed so it never gets boring.. Best decision i've made for my health this year :)
Buff body boot camp has been a life changing experience for me it brings me joy and excitement to my day it has made me loss 8kgs and still loosing more to this day, every session is different and challenges you in whole new level I would extremely recommend this boot camp to any one who wants to feel good and get amazing results. And the instructor Roxanne puts in 110% into her boot camp she is just fantastic at what she does.
Buff Body Bootcamp is awesome!! Roxanne varies each session, so you never get bored. I have increased my fitness level massively and lost a few kgs since starting. I have found it the best way to work out without getting bored. I couldn't recommend them more highly.. Its a great place to train!!!
I have never been a fan of boot camps as such until I tryed Buff Body Boot Camp. The sessions are never the same & we are constantly working on strength & endurance. Love the expertise the trainer Roxanne brings to this boot camp. Any exercise can be altered to aide injuries & abilities!
