I experienced quite abrupt customer service on exiting the plant section. The sign informed customers to park their trolleys at the end of the long table which is what I did. The staff member got angry with me. There was no greeting but just hostile communication informing me that I was meant to bring my trolley passed the check-out to 'the line'. Apparently 'the line' is the seam where the bitumen starts for the outside area on the carpark side. Gee who would know!
I was shocked with how I was treated and said nicely that the sign did not state that instruction. But there was no connection with this staff member. I went to tap with my card to pay for the transaction, but before doing so I was trying to see what the amount was displayed on the eftpos machine. The sun was shining directly on it and I had trouble seeing the screen. The younger staff member then barked at me, "You should be able to justread more
Bunnings Cafe what a joke, have to fight with the staff to get a seat, don't they have a staff room?
None of the staff sitting brought from the cafe, told rudely by person serving might be lucky outside. Don't want to sit outside want to sit inside so I can watch my kids play.
Why can't the staff sit outside??
