Although service at the Special Orders desk was slow, it was polite & professional. However I do not appreciate being called "aggressive" by store employees on the floor. I will not name this person, but I think a little training in customer service is required at this Bunnings. I spent $3,000 on something I'm happy with, but his jibe left a bitter flavour.
We go here often as it is one of 3 Bunnings near home and this one has more on offer being in the home base. It's sonetimes difficult to find a team member to help, but when you do, they are always very helpful. So much so, they will take you to the actual product rather than point you in the right direction. Loads of stock. Huge carpark. And in case youread more
