As clients of this practice for more than 30 years, we cannot praise their dedication, expertise and compaasion highly enough. The care that our multitude of creatures have received from Dr Phil and the rest of the team has always been exemplary. Most recently Dr Shereni and Senior Vet Nurse Ethan ensured our desperately ill cat Charlie received same day specialist scanning and diagnosis and after hours care. Thank you all again.
Having read all the positive online reviews, I took my precious little feathered friend to Burwood Bird and Animal Hospital. Arriving in tears after having never been in such a situation before, we were seen by the most insensitive and arrogant 'vet' I have ever had the unfortunate experience of meeting. He was rude and dismissive, and It was only when I told him that I did not appreciate his demeanour and the way he was speaking to me, did he apologise, and blamed a morning full of emergencies. My interactions with him over the next week or so made an already unbearable and heartbreaking experience worse. If it had not been for his polite staff, I would have given zero stars.
