Their "refurbishment" involved removing the glass doors that housed the smoking area. Now there is no division and the entire place stinks of smoke, even in the so called non-smoking area. I don't know how the staff even work there now, breathing in all that passive smoke. Gone are the nibblies and the bowl of sweets. At least the coffee is free but I hate it now since it caters for the smokers.
Totally agree. Now why not have an outside area somewhere? With plants at least where you can sit and watch things go by and have a beer. Instead you are shoved in a corner with an old concrete or molten metal pourer hanging from the ceiling. Maybe most of the money went on that thing????
Is a nice pokies venue, safe and there is alot of seating, they have a huge bowl of free sweets and sometimes fruit. They are generous with snacks and sometimes bring out mini hot spicy little sausage rolls and chicken bits. They have the best smoking balcony I have ever seen. The staff are nice, and it is a nice welcoming place who look after the people that gamble there. So good that they do that , not all places are so nice.
