Cairns Holiday Homes has a wide range of Holiday Accommodation options in the Cairns area of Tropical North Queensland. Renting Holiday Homes gives you privacy, space, flexibility for family groups and the possibility to cater for yourselves if you want to. All our Homes are fully self contained, have large gardens for children to play in and a selection of toys, games,books and videos/DVDs for entertainment.
We specialise in providing accommodation for large family groups, or friends who want to stay together. Our largest Holiday House, Zanzoo Estate, can take up to 16 guests. One home is wheelchair friendly. Some of our homes will allow pets (dogs only) by arrangement.
Make one of our homes your base for your stay in Cairns and set out each day to explore all the attractions that the area has to offer.
The lovely rock pools and waterfall of Crystal Cascades, Skyrail and trips to Kuranda, visits to Port Douglas and the Daintree Rainforest, trips out to the Great Barrier Reef are just a few of the adventures you can have. It is very rare that you write a review before you have the holiday, but it is very rare that you have the pleasure of dealing with people like Lizzie. Throughout the booking process that started in November until taking the holiday that will start in July, our process has been handled promptly, proffesionally and with grace. We have had to ask for things to be altered to meet our groups requirements, which was no trouble and then had them changed back, as our plans changed, also handled with promptness and a "no worries" attitude.
I have worked in customer service for over 40 years, and so often people who go above and beyond are not recognised for their contribution to a great experience.
I would like to recgonise Lizzie for making our holiday planning just as enjoyable as I hope our holiday will be.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Wilks House while in Cairns for a family wedding. I can not rate Lizzie and Cairns Holiday Homes highly enough. From our first contact everything was handled promptly, professionally and friendly. The house was in a fantastic, quiet location, being close to Stockland Shopping Centre and being just off one of the main roads made it easy to navigate around Cairns. The house itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It had ample room for 8 people with a large backyard so the kids had room to run off excess energy! Will definitely be booking in next time I'm in Cairns!
We recently stayed at 'Beachie' at Bramston Beach. I can't thank Julie enough for making the house so welcoming. It's one of the best holiday houses we've stayed in. This is a real gem of a place, both the house & the area. All the mod cons are provided. I can't imagine why more people don't go there. We had an incredibly relaxing, refreshing break. Which was exactly what we were looking for. Thanks so much for sharing your little bit of paradise! These Kiwis, will be back:-)
We stayed at Lake Tinaroo on the Atherton Tablelands recently opting to use the services of locally based company Cairns Holiday Homes. This paid off after having to make a change to our original booking & the team were prompt to liase with the owners & ourselves. We all had a brilliant stay which was far better than a hotel room could ever offer. Thanks!
