Campbelltown Pet & Aquarium Centre

At Campbelltown Pet & Aquarium Centre the staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a kennel over the phone and it was delivered the same day. Great speedy service!

Can't comment on the pets side, but their aquarium store is a joke. The prices are high, and in no way reflect the quality of what's on offer. Their coral section is the worst I have ever seen, and should probably be labelled as "live rock" instead. Like every other aquarium shop in the local area, they don't seem fussed at all to sell diseased/parasite-infested fish, and I shudder to think what would have happened if I hadn't quarantined the new fish I bought from this store recently. They recently also scaled back their customer rewards program to the point where it simply isn't an incentive any more, and does not offset their inflated prices. I would happily pay a bit more if I was getting fish/corals/plants that were healthy and parasite-free, but that just isn't the case here.

Staff is good but it's the most expensive Aquarium shop in the area. One example is they quoted $17 a kg for texas rock when they other Aquarium shops in the area are charging less than half that. The fish is also on the expensive side.

Very well established pet store, best in the area. Huge range of fish and fish products as well as birds, rabbits, and pet products. Good customer incentive program keeps me going back.
