Terrible facial. My partner bought me a voucher for a facial and it was seriously the worst beauty treatment I have ever experienced. The therapist was very rough and clumsy - I had fingers being poked in my nose, eyes and ears. She didn't use a hair cover for my hair, so product ended up in my hair. Inexperienced staff in both facial treatments and massage therapy. Poor cleanliness practices and the treatments rooms are very very cold. I would not recommend you give your money to this estabishment. You will only be disappointed.

Great massage packages (especially the couples options!!), it is a delightful experience. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are very helpful. The fitout of the different rooms is quite nice and the products that they use smell amazing.
