I am totally disgusted with this business, we took our pajero to them with a squeak after inspecting the car they informed us it was the alternator, trusting them to be professional we had it replaced exact words from them "no more squirrels"The next day we returned they were closed we left a message the squirrels were back went in monday they said no noise, 2 days later again no noise, the next day miraculously noise we'll have to replace fan hub bearing to stop the noise, another $371, why when we went there did they replace the alternator when it wasn't the noise? , this is nothing short of a scam, I tried ringing them they are so arrogant they didn't even ring back "thank you Peter" I would stress to anyone do not use this business unless you have no alternative,
especially older people or those not mechanically savvy
Makes you wonder how they live with themselves. To treat people this way for less than $900

Got a racq inspection done on my convertible I was selling... Prospective buyer got report and I get phone call saying they had problems putting the roof down and needs replacing which would cost half the price i was selling it for. Never had any problems in my life... I asked if they knew how to work it.. Turns out they didnt realise the hand brake had to be on for it to work. Got no phone call to ask how to work it or confirm if there was something wrong with it, no, just a report to the prospective buyer who now doesn't want it. Very unprofessional, disgusted in their service and wouldn't recommend. My car now sits in the shed in perfect condition all because they dont know their job and are quick to jump to conclusions!!!

took all day just to do a basic service. they ask me to bring it in at 8am so they can start work on it in the afternoon, slack.
