An unknown person damaged (scraped) my parked car and of course crept away. I was extremely angry thinking of the cost of repair and inconvenience. I went to get a quote from Carisbrook Crash Repairs. I was greeted with courtesy and left to fill out a form at the counter. Immediately on completing the form I was approached by an extremely polite young man and together we went to look at my car. He asked for my car keys and told me to go back inside and take a seat - he would take care of my car. Within a short time he was back inviting me to inspect the car. It was as good as new! I asked him what was owing and he told me there would be no charge - I was/am amazed and delighted! No, I am not a young girl and I certainly was not wearing a mini, I am within the age group that usually become invisible - a retiree.
I would recommend this company whole heartedly to anyone for their professionalism and courtesy
I recently took my first car to Carisbrook after an accident. As a new car enthusiast, I was nervous about leaving my baby with anyone.. I was assured that my car was in good hands, and indeed it was! I was incredibly impressed with the level of commitment and care that was put into the repairing of my car, they even washed the outside and the interior was amazingly clean! The receptionists were lovely and understanding, especially Crystal :) Should I ever be in another accident (knock on wood, hey it's Friday the 13th), I will most definitely be returning to Carisbrook. Good job guys, you've made one lady VERY happy!
I am not satisfied with Carisbrook Crash Repairs;
1. They did not install the front side panels correctly, it is still slightly out of alignment.
2. After 20mins of driving I had issue with the radiator. I rang them and they wanted to tow the car back to their workshop. After some discussion and agreement, I drove the car to the nearest service centre. The issue was caused by not having enough coolant in the radiator when they installed the car. I bought the coolant and filled up the radiator, which they had agreed to pay me back. However, it has been 6 weeks with 4 phone calls and yet still no refund for the coolant.
