STAY AWAY FROM THIS RETAILER. Sell poor quality furniture and treat customers like peasants when they are entitled to a full refund. Be prepared for a dragged out process that results in having to get Consumer Affairs for help. Worst customer service on the face of the planet.

We purchased a $2999 Proforma 3 seater with recliners and 2 single recliners. When the couches arrived they were in terrible condition. the 3 seater was broken (right arm was broken off and seat wouldn't recline properly), it was infested with spiders, the stitching was all loose and the cup holder was loose and had scratched the wood. The store replaced the couch which took about 3 days. Not even 4 months later, our replaced couch became faulty, the right side would no longer recline. With this new problem we really weren't happy with the quality of the couch for the price we paid. We requested a refund. The store management, outright refused to and pushed us into having the couch fixed. We told them we still were not happy with this out come, but what we want isn't important, as long as management gets their way. The couch is fixed. A week later, the cup holder comes loose and falls out, still not happy with the couches quality more so now, we request more

I bought a couch a couple of years ago and I phoned up to inquire if my warranty was still valid. I phoned on a Monday, the staff I spoke to said they would have a look and phone me back. Over 6 hours later the staff phoned me back and said no its not still under warranty, but that I should send in pictures to the person that deals with warranties. I questioned the reason for that, and the staff clearly had no idea so I asked this staff to have the person to phone me the following day. I did not receive a phonecall, so I phoned at 1:30pm on the Wednesday, and the staff on the phone said that the person was at lunch and that they would get the person to phone me as soon as the person was back. I did not receive a ca, so I rang again on Thursday morning. I spoke to someone who couldn't find the file, and tried to get my number and call me back to which I said no, i'm sick of being told that I would get phoned back and it not happening.
