Car Auctions Australia Adelaide has been formed with one aim in mind and that is to be number 1 in Australia. All staff associated with CAA are experienced in Auctioneering and Vehicle Operations. CAA is a public and trade auction which means that we cater for all dealers and private customers through out South Australia and Australia.
This the worst place to buy car they have cheated me to give me wrong information on the advertise and their car was over 10000 kilometres run which they have mention me in advertise I Finace it before I come to know these things I did not have option so pls be make sure don’t get ripped offff.........
Absolutely disgusting people to deal with. Would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them. If they treat potential customers the way they treated us I cannot imagine how they would treat anyone once you've handed over your hard earned money. Even tried to discuss the issues with the General Manager and he was even worse. STAY AWAY!
Very satisfied and happy customer, My family have been buying cars including myself since 2008 and have always had a pleasant enjoyable purchase experience. The staff have been exceptionally helpful and polite. I always get looked after me every time I go there. If there are any issues with my car they will go out of there way to rectified the problem and fix it. I have referred all my friends and family to carnet Adelaide and find them way cheaper then any other dealership in SA.
They will not honor the 3month used car warranty and will avoid doing so at all costs.
Wasted my time chasing them up for parts under warranty and was told the dealer went on holidays. So I drove 45mins back to them twice to talk to their mechanic. To my suprise the dealer was still working. Parts were estimated to arrive in a fortnight and theyd call me once they arrived. Fortnight later no call. Wasted my time chasing them up again and again they said theyd let me know when the part arrives. They never did.
This process repeated for 3months which by that time warranty was over. Save your hard earned and buy from a reputable dealer... not this one.
I'm the manager at CarNet Auctions Adelaide.
All required warranty issues come passed my desk for approval, we honour ALL warranty work that may arrise within the warranty period.
It's very easy to leave a face less negative comments on a website regarding our company.
If you "SILENTH" have an issue that you reported within the warranty period please call me on my mobile 0405 159 315 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and I would be happy to address any warranty concerns you have personally.
@ Simon Clinton: Unfortunately I can only review your company based on my personal experiences. I had a negative experience so I gave you a negative review.
This site is for open reviews so I'm not sure what you mean by 'faceless'?
'Rude' seems to be the consistent pattern with your company.
Went there to buy a car and the staff were so rude! Because of them, I decided to spend my money somewhere else.
Can't believe Carnet Auctions Adelaide are in business. When buying a car not in auction, they still refuse the buyer to drive test the vehicle. Is that even legal? Who's going to spend tenth of thousands on a car without being able to try first. And again the seller was so rude and arrogant. Stick to your ordinary car dealer even if the same car they are selling is going to cost you more.
Wow, you must be annoyed, a double whammy.
I have been in the auction business in NSW & VIC, most Government and company fleet sellers, do NOT allow the auction to provide test drives.
I know this business, they sell many thousands of cars each year and must be doing something right generally. Without making any excuses for the alleged behaviour of the individual, Perhaps a chat to the Sales manager would of sorted the issue out quickly. Unfortunately, it is also fairly common for competing businesses to post negative comments like this (not suggesting this is the case here). I'll send a note to the Sales manager and I would imagine they will investigate further. If you want to achieve something positive, I respectfully suggest you do the same. NO business wants the image of there business to suffer for the indiscretion of a single staff member.
