they cleaned my carpets and had to returned twice and they came back both times still full of dirty. they the just wrapped them up in black plastic and returned them without cleaning. one can tell if the job is done and if done at all, done right or not. the staff who delivered them , I do feel sorry for them.

Sensational cleaning conducted an end if lease clean including carpets for us in June 2014. From first contact Alan and his office staff were professional, courteous and willing to offer a competitive price. We received our full bond back without question and the real estate agent said the place looked great. Given we moved interstate and had trust that sensational cleanings service would meet the bond criteria first go we were very happy and would use Sensational Cleaning again in a heartbeat. Recommended for clean and carpets.

There is absolutely nothing sensational about "sensational cleaning" ,quite opposite. Sensational waist of time and money. They never called before arrival,they were more than 2 hours late, apparently due to car problem ( no apologies ),they did not stick to agreement made over the phone and instead of cleaning my carpet they kind of refresh it.NEVER AGAIN !!!

Terrible service. Didn't call before arrival, didn't come on time and the end result was not worth what we paid. Was booked from 8.30am through to 2pm for 'professional cleaning' of our apartment as an end of lease clean (kitchen, windows, mirrors and bathroom)and carpets. They arrived at 10am and due to faulty equipment, didn't leave till after 6.30pm so they could get another machine which worked. Ended up having to get on my hands and knees to wipe down the streaks they left on all the glass and mirrors and they dripped dirty water on our brand new white curtains. No care was taken. Some areas did look better than before, however not what I would consider a professional clean as I've done better previously myself. Hired them to do it as we're quite busy nowadays. Carpets were average. Had they if spent a little more time on the thoroughfare areas, they would be in much better shape. Had to ask them several times to go over ...read more

Hi Winnie we did the general cleaning as per your instructions ,we professionally washed the windows and advised you more then 3 times that The glass could not be cleaned any better as the type of glass was internally stained due to the age of the Glass ,we did acknowledge your that your service with us was delayed due to our carpet cleaning machine breaking down and did compensate you with a heavily discounted price which was merely enough to cover the time our technicians spent servicing your premises. we also did our best in the circumstances that challenged us that day by coming back the same day to complete the job for you . we where under the impression that we had come to a mutual agreement regarding your experience that was out of our control and Genuinely responded to your concerns . keeping in mind that you where an existing customer and happy our previous services.We wish you you all the best and thank you for your feedback.

Sensational Cleaning, I wish I could agree with you on your comments back to me as yes, you and I communicated an agreement with the cost however you failed to communicate that with your technicians as they decided they didn't like the price that was agreed. We had to ask them several times to leave at the end of the job.

There was nothing wrong with the sliding door glass as it was actually cleaner before your 'technician' started. They were referring to the shower glass being old.

Indeed my expectation was to have them return on the same day to complete the carpet cleaning, as I imagine anyone else would, given they had sprayed and left chemicals on the carpet, I did not want that left untreated. Especially with a pet.

General understanding of a client and dissatisfaction would have been appreciated.

Anyway, lesson learnt and we appreciated the discount we received. In the future we will stick with local cleaners.

I have known this company for about 10 years. Every experience has been positive. They are friendly, they keep in touch, and they have integrity. There is one large company in this industry with a terrible reputation - read the reviews before you book...
