Extremely bad customer service. Cassius takes weeks getting back to you. Originally purchasing a product from Cassius we had questions and it took weeks getting answers from him about the product we just purchased. There were hidden costs under the payment option I had chosen even though it states there wouldn't be. I chose a partial payment option with Cassius, buy now pay later but according to Cassius you don't get the product while your paying it off (said no one ever), we thought this was Extremely weird. Further more my partner and I have recently moved address and I have asked Cassius to ship the product (once its paid off) to our new address, of course we have had no response from Cassius on this simple request.
Horribly bad customer service. Cassius is just in the business for the money he clearly doesn't care about his customers.

We are quite disappointed to hear these commets. We have two options in our store for flexible payments, one is buy now pay later and the other is lay by. The extra fee is an admin surcharge of 5% imposed by our provider, the customer thought we'd charge this for shipping (which is totally free and included in our price). We have terms and conditions clearly available before making a purchase, we provided this to our customer again since he needed to sign a contract and agree the terms and conditions before making a payment. We have not dispatched the product yet. The total purchase of $2,000.25 is no fully paid, however the customer has been paying regularly without any issues, Max paid so far $1,661.76. Total remaining payable from customer is $338.49. The customer has the ability to make voluntary payments to speed up the order. We advised the product will be shipped in Septembe.
