What a nightmare!! Simple thing like a tyre change, goes flat three times over a couple of weeks. I rely on my bike as mode of transport to get to work and back. "Apparently" their pick up ute was being serviced and couldn't pick up my bike. Each day I was told (after I called them everyday!!) that the ute was still being worked on. I asked for other solutions of which I got none. Phil (the owner) does not care about how his shoddy workshop impacts his customers, no pride in the brand, and just No sense of what is the "right" thing to do! After 4 days I went to Ric Andrews Motorcycles, picked up bike in 2 hours and fixed same day!! Beads not place right on either side of tyre- mechanics 101 FAIL! Go to Ric Andrews!!!
I've had a bad experience here with them. Underpaid, ripping off customers buying there bikes for cheap an putting a quick service an adding an extra $4,000 on a bike. Any bike he buys doesn't matter what year model, if it was a 2003 model he would find out the retail on what it was worth an sell it for half like who does that. If a bike has scratches or has done heaps of K's on it then it doesn't matter the bike is in good condition but really it's not worth buying from them soon as I found out he changes for second hand bikes I laughed at him an said best of luck selling a bike to me for $3,000 that needs a rebuild an he wants $5,000 for it when he fixes it now it's a 2003 model. You wanna save money don't go there it's not worth getting ripped off.
