These guys are quite slack. They took my 80 year old father's air-conditioning remote over 2 weeks ago, to 'repair' it, or get a replacement. It is the depths of winter here, with morning temperatures below zero until 10am,& he is relying on a fan heater. They don't answer their phone, they don't check their answering machine, & they don't have a mobile phone number that we can find. Dismal service. A poor #reviewtowin but I am willing to adjust this once they actually complete the service that they promised.
