I contacted your office to resolve this , and was met with complete resistance and denial, apparently "your best operator did the job" , he refused to return and fix the issues unless he was paid another $220, that would make it $423 to do a job that others quoted $150 for.
I ended up having to get another company to do the job properly which cost us $150, have more photos to post.
If you are relying on cheap as chips for honesty and a fair job, maybe look somewhere else
I spoke to you at length about this complaint. Your carpets were full of urine from cats and needed a urine contamination treatment, something you told us you did not want to pay extra for, hence we did not undertake it as agreed. This obviously cost extra for this chemical treatment. So you did not want us to do it but were happy to pay someone else to do it. That does not make much sense when you could of paid us and we could have undertaken it for you with complete satisfaction. All this has previously been explained to you.

DO NOT USE!! Terrible Job. Was quoted by cleaner after a walk around to be shown what was done $300. This was a price i was given at the job by their cleaner after showing him what was to be done. 100 % bond back guarantee LOL. When we called to complain about poor job we were repeatedly told you get what you pay for - my partner was actually told "You paid for a holden and you want a Rolls Royce". Nope - just wanted what I paid for, my house is actually dirtier after they left. The manager was rude and indignant. It was explained to this customer that only a partial clean would be done on this house for $300.00. On the day the customer kept adding extra areas in to be cleaned, without wanting to pay any extra ($). We explained to the customer that we would be happy to come back for a further payment to finish off the house. Our cleaner spent over 4.5 hours at this job for only $270 + GST. Hardly logical. We do not guarantee bonds unless we complete the whole job on the premises. Also the customer was constantly moving furniture around while living in the house.
In response to cheap as chips comment underneath just for clarity.
$300 is the amount I was quoted after I showed him what needed to be done. If he had have said that it was $500 I would have paid that amount but he didn't - he said $300.
Secondly - there's currently no furniture in my house so it's weird that I was moving furniture around because there's none here lol
Also - I wasn't at the house during the clean - I had an appointment to attend during this time and returned towards the end of the clean and sat in my garage waiting for him to finish. Do not use them! Don’t trust them. After hearing their “the ones you can trust” $58 for 3 rooms advert on the radio I was quoted $135 to clean our carpets including rumpus after being very specific around what was involved, (which was also about the same as everyone else quoted), but was actually charged $392! Peter the manager was rude and unhelpful and said he would look into the matter, but never came back to me. They also write all your credit card information down on a piece of paper. Avoid!
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! We were quoted $460 and ended up paying $780. This was mostly due to the walls needing to be cleaned - something we had been specifically told was included in the quote. The cleaner that was sent was rude and refused to show us his ID. Unfortunately my female housemate was home and when she was told she had to pay this money upfront she felt she had no choice as she felt threatened by the cleaner who had started yelling at her when she questioned the price. When we called and complained, the manager told us he would get back to us and very soon after stopped taking our calls. This was a newly renovated and extremely well cared for house and we had been very specific about what needed to be cleaned as per our end of lease agreement. I don't know how this company is still in business and I could not recommend them less.

Scammers!
I was intimated and bullied into paying much more than initially quoted. When I told them I didn’t want to proceed the man told me “I’m not leaving you cant cancel the job, you have booked this time slot". I felt like I had no choice and was forced to pay more to make these guys leave my house.
I filled a formal complaint with the company and they offered a refund of the difference but they never paid us back. Apparently they “Forgot”.... for 8 weeks. This speaks volumes about the type of moral compass this company has.
I would never recommend this company to any females as they see an opportunity and exploit extra money! If I could give zero stars I would.
