Chill at Evans is a non profit venture, partially funded by DEEWR for employment and traineeship opportunities for the youth of the Mid Richmond. All profits are reinvested in the youth of the Mid Richmond area.

I'm a regular visitor of Chill Cafe at Evans, and I am very pleased with the warm and friendly service and good, affordable food. As well as the comfortable seating and free access to a pool table and incredibly cheap internet usage available to everyone. A great place where the staff make you feel very welcome and apart of their family. A great place to have a good lunch and hang out.
Food is undercooked and cold when served by one of the rude staff. Highly recommend not going there. Stay clear!!
Lady Luck I am very sorry you have felt the need to post this on a public forum. I am sure if you had taken your complaint to the supervisor the issue could have been dealt with to your satisfaction. We train young people all the time and find that with feedback we are able to resolve most people's complaints. We have a loyal customer base that return regularly. We also feel that we connect with our customers in a positive manner and if you would ever care to make yourself known to us we would be happy to clear up and misunderstandings.
