Well I would have to say I experienced the poor service tonight. Yes they were busy but waiting 40 minutes for a pizza that initially was going to take 10mins is a bit hard to take. I wasn't the only one apparently had their docket lost in the system. Another man was angry at waiting 30mins. And what were we offered for the long wait?Nothing initially, after we complained then I was offered a refund and no pizzas for the long wait. Then another 7 minutes later after the pizza we were offered a $7 gelato for the long wait. How insulting considering they give one away if you order online. So is that valued as a sorry?? No. Its not. I'll go for very poor service tonight thank you.
