I visited the salon today and had no problems. The girls are really nice, making sure i was happy before i left. I have been there a few times and have seen them tell clients to come back because they had already to many clients on the go. I have seen them always making sure they can attend to clients. I have seen them squeezing in some lunchread more
I paid $29 for a fringe my 4 year old niece could have cut straighter... I have a business presentation tomorrow and my fringe is now too short for another hairdresser to fix... Cheers. Maybe if you weren't so focused on getting ready to cut and foil your staff members hair... you could focus on your customers...
Absolutely mortified with my cut and colour. Was in the salon for 4 hours. Will not be returning waste of $ having to spend my money elsewhere to get my hair fixed.
Completely hopeless. Staff need new training. The other staff member are loud, rude and innapropriate. If your not a regular expect zero customer service. Destroyed my existing style. No appointments necessary... But expect to wait half an hour on an uncomfortable chair listening to the loud stylists chat amongst themselves.
