A bunch of absolute bandits. Unfortunately this company are our strata 'managers', previously Jared and now Mark. Its unclear whether this company culture and ethics is lazy, incompetent or negligent (or most likely a combination of all of the above). Endless problems with Civium.

Civium Strata is a terrible strata management service. A few years ago we were managed by a small strata management company. They were prompt in service and questions. Repairs were done quickly.
